Shipping policy

For main UK orders, all orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service. If you wish for the order to be sent using an alternative service, please contact us at herdandhealy@gmail.com.

Please allow up to 21 working days (Monday to Friday) for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time.

To ensure you receive your order when needed, please order accordingly especially during holiday times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking details.
